Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an assessment before starting?
A detailed assessment should be carried out before any training plan is put in place. Any in-clinic service also requires an assessment, even if conducted on the day of the treatment.
How many sessions are usually needed?
When the training plan is applied and followed consistently, clients notice results after as few as 7 sessions. After the first therapeutic session, immediate relief is felt.
Do you work with chronic pain?
Absolutely!
Exercise during pregnancy: when can I start?
Exercise during a pregnancy with no recorded medical restrictions can be practised from the first to the last trimester, with appropriate adjustments and care to the training plan.
What should I bring / wear to my session?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing.
